The cosy cottage features a large comfy sofa & armchair in the lounge - in front of the wood burner. The kitchen is very well equipped with an induction hob, double oven & dishwasher. The private garden has a good-sized lawn, a seated patio area & a wood-fired oven/BBQ area – perfect for relaxing after a busy day adventuring.

Newly renovated traditional cosy stone cottage overlooking the sea with beautiful views across St Agnes Head. Situated in the small hamlet of Higher Bal as short walk to St Agnes village. Stunning sunsets at the right time of year with plenty of parking outside. There are abundant mine buildings around this area including the Wheal Coates Mine. It is a great area for walking with beautiful views. Close by are the sandy beaches of Trevaunance Cove and Chapel Porth with rock pools and caves.

Beautiful Trevaunance Cove is just 10 minutes walk away where you can swim and surf or enjoy miles of the southwest coast path. Popular local pubs, independent cafes and shops are within a short stroll. So you can leave the car keys in the cottage and explore!

Cosy and comfortable South facing miners cottage, in a tucked away spot in a good location for exploring Cornwall. Ideal for either two couples or a family with children, as the single beds in the second bedroom can be joined to make a super king bed. Quiet walks direct from the door and various beaches are just a 10 - 15 minute car journey - with the famous surfing beach of Porthtowan just 10 minutes away. The cottage is just a short stroll from our good village pub.
