My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Járja be Szigetközt, Lipót kiváló kiindulópont erre! Ehhez 4 kerékpárt biztosítunk Önöknek - térítésmentesen. Vagy csak lazítson a teraszon vagy a kerti jakuzziban! Próbálja ki a grillt! Központi helyen fekszik, közel vannak a boltok, buszmegállók, piac, játszótér, kórház , Pláza bevásárlóközpont. A parkolásért hétköznap reggel 8-18 óráig 320ft/ óra kell fizetni. , hétvégén ingyenes. Közel a belváros , gyalog 15 perc .A lakásban csak a foglalásban lévő személyek tartózkodhatnak. A lakás bulik tartására nem alkalmas , így az nem tartható. A házirend betartása mindeni számára kötelező.
