All design elements have been carefully curated to represent a very specific local community of adventurers, winemakers and artists. Dogs under 40 lbs are welcome for $75 per pet, per stay.

Newest Boutique Inn - Downtown/Wharf One Queen Bed

Newly opened and renovated upscale Inn located in the heart of Morro Bay. The property is walking distance to all the main attractions including waterfront shops, dinning, the beach, and Morro Rock. Each room boasts "Made in Morro Bay" furniture, luxury finishes and premium amenities. The Inn features free Wi-Fi, smart 4K TVs, air conditioning, ceiling fans, free parking, and express check in/out. Each room is thoroughly cleaned and inspected by management before new guests arrive.

Dolphin Cove Motel, Single Queen

Kicked-back surf-town motel harkens back to 1938, perched right on the Pacific Ocean seawall near the Cabrillo State Hwy/Rte 1, strollable to the dining, shops and nightlife on Pismo Beach Pier. Your room charge will be paid prior to your arrival. The remaining balance of taxes (13%) will be charged upon arrival. A refundable security deposit of $XX will also be collected.

The Lofts at Paso Market Walk - Tulip Tree Room

This studio room is 430 square feet. An expansive space with tall ceilings, a California King bed, a generous kitchen area with adequate counter space, a wine refrigerator and microwave. It has a cozy dining area, tv area and modern bath. It is named for the Tulip Tree which was created from the custom design tiles on the backsplash of the kitchen counters.

Charming 1 Bedroom Suite at Boutique Hotel + pool

This is the suite at a charming inn located in Shell Beach walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The accommodations include 1 Separate Bedroom with a King Bed, a Pullout Couch, a Private Bathroom with Shower, Living Room, Full Kitchen, Cozy Private Fenced Back Yard Area and a Front Walled Patio Area, and Shared Pool.

The Garden Suite - Marina Street Inn

Appointed with a four poster willow bed, matching birdhouse table and nightstand, which will be appealing to those who love to garden. With a view of the Pacific Ocean, bay and Morro Rock. All of our suites have an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This suite has a balcony that is shared with our Bordeaux Suite.
