Our modern apartment is located within a 1km radius from the beach & is just 0.5kms away from the Marine Walk Shopping Centre, that features all of the necessary amenities & boasts some of Durbans top quality restaurants. Take this time to breathe, reflect & relax in comfort, while soaking in the panoramic views of our tranquil ocean & revel in the wonder of our community’s natural beauty.

Stay on Florida

Princess Gate - Stylish apartment on central, popular Florida Road. Situated on Durban’s trendiest street, surrounded with beautiful trees and street views. Have a peaceful breakfast at one of many bistro and cafes on Florida Road. You can work from home all day with uncapped WiFi. Spend the night enjoying Durban’s nightlife, with the best bars and restaurants at your door step. Spacious main bedroom leads out to open balcony. Second bedroom has work station suitable for working from home.

Sea Vista, located in the quiet upmarket suburb of La Lucia, is a newly renovated flat that enjoys spectacular sea views. Every amenity imaginable is within 2kms, including La Lucia Mall, restaurants, gyms and sports bars. Both Umhlanga to the North and Durban to the South are less than 10 minutes drive. Both have amazing promenades, shops, restaurants and beaches. Enjoy the outdoors year round, cool off in the pool, or enjoy the uncapped wifi and smart tv in the air-conditioned flat.

At Maestro's we offer a large suite that is a self - catering unit. There is one entrance from the balcony Fast wifi connection throughout the suite. Secure parking for 1 car. Pet friendly - we love animals! If you bring a dog he / she must be cat - friendly . Small - medium dogs only . We also have dogs but they are not in the guests area . We live on the property We welcome all people from all backgrounds. Perfect for work travellers or families that need a break away.

Oceans Edge is a modern & comfortable 3 bed (6 Sleeper) home with incredible sea views. Perfect for Families! No parties allowed. Stay to relax and unwind and rejuvenate your soul. Vitamin Sea at its best! Sip on cocktails from the large jacuzzi inspired Splash Pool on a hot summers day & watch the dolphins swim past. It is not heated. Whale watching is breathtaking in the winter months 10/15 minutes from Umhlanga/Ballito & King Shaka Airport. Jojo Tanks & Backup Generator for outages!

Welcome to Julia Gardens centrally located Sustainability Precinct - a real breath of nature within the heart of the city. A place to zone out of city life in nature whilst having the city on your doorstep. The Green Door is a private cottage with a garden and secure parking. The precinct offers an opportunity to experience a permaculture forest garden, eco building, natural pool, rain water harvesting and much more. You are welcome to explore and join a tour if there's one on.

If you're traveling to Durban on business or are a couple looking for a quiet getaway, our private room on suite (no kitchen) has everything you need to make your trip a memorable one. Just a short drive from the highway, you're able to get to the bustling Umhlanga beach front or town business district in no time and once you've finished with your plans for the day, you can return to your room and wind down for the evening with a swim. Please note breakfast is unavailable.

Based in central Hillcrest, the Tennis Court Cottage is a recently renovated, self catering garden cottage located on a well secured property within a lush, green garden. The space is a private and peaceful, equipped with all the amenities required by the business or leisure traveler. Self check in and out is quick and easy via a keypad at the main gate, a key box is located at the entrance to the unit. Due to its size the unit is ideally suited for short term stays.

This little space has a unique charm. Le Petit Loft is cosy, convenient and ideal for purposeful stays. A king size loft bed, charming kitchen, and clawfoot tub/shower offer comfort following a busy day along with practical inclusions such as airconditioning, wifi and TV entertainment. Light pours in through double doors which lead to your own private outside area. Whether here for work or leisure, this small loft can be a quiet and private sanctuary.
