Our modern apartment is located within a 1km radius from the beach & is just 0.5kms away from the Marine Walk Shopping Centre, that features all of the necessary amenities & boasts some of Durbans top quality restaurants. Take this time to breathe, reflect & relax in comfort, while soaking in the panoramic views of our tranquil ocean & revel in the wonder of our community’s natural beauty.

This unit is NOT in a private home. It is IN A GUEST HOUSE with 2 separate units. This unit has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with wifi & Netflix. The 2 bedrooms have 1 private bathroom with bath, shower & separate toilet. Each bedroom has a mini kitchen ( fridge, microwave etc) The guest house has a kitchen, lounge & dining room. We are 2-3 km from the beach, Florida Road, Kingsmead & Moses Mabida Stadiums, Kingspark Pool & Windermere Centre (Woolworths, Checkers etc.) & next to a mini Spar.

Pet friendly - we love animals! If you bring a dog he / she must be cat - friendly . Small - medium dogs only . We also have dogs but they are not in the guests area . We live on the property We welcome all people from all backgrounds. Perfect for work travellers or families that need a break away.

We have UPS and Back up power for uninterrupted TV etc. Wake up to the sunrise over the ocean. 2 ADULTS AND 3 KIDS ALLOWED ONLY UNLESS PRIOR AUTHORIZATION GIVEN BY HOST. 1 min walk from a stretch of restaurants & has a communal pool. 2 Double beds & 1 large sofa bed for a child. 10 mins from the airport,umhlanga or ballito. NO parties allowed. Please note there are a few flights of stairs to the unit. No visitors allowed.
