The building is protected, as it is one of the few houses in Ålesund that has not been painted and consists solely of the original gray stone. Therefore, the house still maintains its original style from 1936. The apartment is located 200 meters from Brosundet (city center). It is situated in a quiet area within walking distance of all city life. There is a park just 50 meters away with playground equipment for children and an outdoor chess board. To the north of the apartment, you have a north-facing view with seating areas. There are historic houses nearby, including examples of Art Nouveau, Neo-Baroque, and Neoclassical architecture.

Heart of Ålesund

This beautiful penthouse on the top floor of an appartment building in the heart of Ålesund has a stuning view over the fjord, a big living room, free wifi, full equiped kitchen, 2 balconies and much more. The city center is just 200m away. There is a supermarket situated on the groundfloor of the building. There are also many possibilties to book excursions! The appartement has one privat parking lot but under the building you can also park more cars. The parking rate is around 200 NOK a day.
