Surrounded by national forest, just 2 miles from the IMBA EPIC bike trail (the Womble) Crystal digging & beautiful Lake Ouachita is just 15 min. away. Ouachita river access is just 1/4 of a mile away. Pet Fee of $10/night/pet in addition to rental fee.

The house is located in a gated community about 1 mile from Lake Ouachita & 23 miles from Hot Springs. The lake is noted for its pristine beauty and is a mecca for fishing, boating and camping. The rental guest quarters are separated from the main home by a breezeway. Access to the kitchen and laundry are also available to guests, if requested. Hiking trails are nearby for those who enjoy communing with nature. I will be available at times for visiting and for answering any questions.

Relax in this simple, open floor plan little house with an amazing view of the Ouachita river and mountains. 2 bedrooms, one bath, living area, and great outdoor patio over looking the river. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, fresh linens, and bath items. Can sleep 7, although it's most comfortable for a family of 4. There will be an extra fee per person. The cleaning for 6-7 people is $50, even for a short-term stay. pets are allowed for a $10 per trip, PER PET fee.
