You can watch dolphins and whales from the comfort of the kitchen table. Beautiful sunsets are a daily occurrence. This house is great for a large family or 2 smaller families.

Winter Special! Come stay at a magical retreat in Capitola Village, on the river and steps from the beach and village dining/activities.
