I like to provide my guests with helpful information. On request, I can provide them with suggestions for undiscovered tours/spots in Rome. Appartamento unico situato al piano nobile di Palazzo Alibrandi (XVI sec), in una piazza tranquilla adiacente a Campo dei Fiori. Passata la bellissima corte interna e la scala ancora parzialmente affrescata si raggiunge un ballatoio, ornato da una prestigiosa vetrata Art Deco, dal quale si accede direttamente all'appartamento. La suite, recentemente ristrutturata, ha soffitti a cassettoni di 6 metri ed arredi di pregio. Da agosto 2024 aria condizionata nuova. Pulizie 50€ da pagare all’arrivo

Apartment in the trendy Monti district, ten minutes walk from the Colosseum. It is located at the 1st floor (the one above the ground floor) and there is no lift. It consist in two rooms: a bedroom and a living / dining room with kitchen and a sofa bed. Fridge, cooker, washing machine, fan, WiFi, a safe in the Bedroom, Air Conditioning (CAVEAT, should it break down and cannot be fixed immediately, will be replaced by fans), etc. Monti district is very lively, not suitable for light sleepers.

A/C bedroom has a double/twin bed; a single sofa bed for a 3rd person/child is in the dining room. WiFi. Bus to the center is only 100mt & subway 800mt. Lively district with a true Roman flavor full of wine bars, bistrots & restaurants where to dine "al fresco". Open air market and supermarket/groceries etc 100 mt. away .

L’appartamento ‘’La Casa di Valentina’’ è pronto ad accogliervi in un ambiente di 50 mq molto luminoso e appena ristrutturato con arredi moderni. E' molto silenzioso poiché affaccia su un cortile interno alberato. È possibile effettuare il check-in tra le 14 e le 20. Il check-out è possibile effettuarlo entro le 11. Nota: Qualora aveste problemi per il check-in che sia prima delle 14 o dopo le 20, chiedo gentilmente, di comunicarlo prima di un’eventuale prenotazione per poterci concordare.

L'alloggio completamente ristrutturato, è composto da una cucina, una zona giorno, due camere da letto e bagno. Il 2° bagno è riservato ad uso del 3° e 4° ospite.Ambiente insonorizzato. La grande terrazza ed il terrazzino, offrono una meravigliosa vista panoramica della città e permettono di vivere a pieno lo spazio esterno.

It's located near San Giovanni in Laterano and is perfectly connected with downtown Rome, Colosseo, airports and train stations. The metro "A" stop of Piazza Re di Roma is a 5 minutes walk and right in front of the apartment there is a bus stop 85, they both take downtown. In the surrounding areas there are markets, restaurants, bar, gelato shops and many other shopping stores.
