Spend the day kayaking, walking or cycling in the mountains, enjoying the largest spa in Portugal (20 mins), & exploring historic villages and cities, then come home to relax in a hammock in the orchard, soak up views from the bath, or chillout to vintage vinyl. We live on site, but the apartment is totally private, being the whole upper floor & with own entrance.

A former Adega grape press has been transformed into a beautiful family home with a private outdoor terrace, garden & BBQ within a stunning historic Quinta estate including swimming pool, gardens and cascading olive orchards. It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

The house is located in the Mondego River Valley on walking distance of a beautifull isolated riverbeach. A great place to get away from the stressed world. Excellent for a couple or an individual who loves the simplicity, purity and silence of nature. The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.

Sitio calmo e tranquilo onde se pode apreciar a natureza e observar a fauna local, através de passeios pelo pinhal, ou optar seguir a ribeira até sua nascente. Também pode relaxar na nossa piscina. Ideal para descansar com a família ou amigos. Aceitamos todos os animais. A quinta, o Chalé, o jardim e a piscina são para uso exclusivo dos hóspedes.

Located at the foothills of Serra da Estrela mountains, the house offers a calm and relaxing ambience inviting guests to nature's contemplation.Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, you can enjoy the pool in summer, barbacue, bikes and children's playground.In winter, you can enjoy the sound of the fireplace and the snow on the mountain. On request, adult and child bikes can be dispensed.

The spacious covered terrace has an outside kitchen. Situated at the edge of a small village, 21 km from Castelo Branco in a beautiful area suitable for hiking. Several natural beaches nearby, nearest 8km. Horseback-riding, without experience, at 9km.

A casa está inserida numa quinta vedada. Tem vista sobre um lago, um pinhal e a Serra da Estrela, numa envolvente natural de grande beleza. Tem as comodidades adequadas para uns dias sossegados, com aquecimento de ar-condicionado e electrico, um frigorífico, um micro-ondas, um pequeno fogão de indução, uma cafeteira elétrica, um liquidificador, um grelhador a gaz e outro a carvão no exterior e máquina de café (cápsulas Delta).

The bathroom is enclosed for added privacy :) Enjoy a 20m2 south-facing terrace all day long. A morning snack is included in the price (fresh bread, jam, butter, coffee, tea, orange juice). It is a renovated stone house located above the village fountain, popular in the surrounding area for its pure water. Novelães is a very quiet village just 5 km from the foot of Serra da Estrela between Gouveia and Seia. The house has a large space with 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy silence and peace, walk through the woods and visit the surrounding natural attractions.
