Heart of Monroe! Come relax and have fun with the whole family in the stylish, cozy cottage. You will enjoy this spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath home. Office with sleeper sofa for extra guest. We are conveniently located in the heart of Monroe near many locally owned restaurants that you are sure to enjoy. We are less than 10 minutes from ULM/VCOM & 5 minutes from Forsythe Park. You are 10 minutes from ULM and about 7 minutes from Forsythe Park and golf course and the Ouachita River boat ramp. Enjoy a relaxing evening at the house outside around the fire pit or inside with 3 smart tvs where you can stream your usual shows. There is a covered patio, so even if it rains, you can enjoy the extra space of the back yard.

Minutes away from shopping, short drive to the Peacanland Mall and close to Xtreme Adventures for the kids! Sugah’s Bayou Bungalow

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located in a residential area, the serenity you’ll feel here, tucked away, will be like home. This is a brand new build, with all new appliances and furniture. One king sized bed in the bedroom, a pullout couch, and one queen sized air mattresses are available. This space is water front with access to a private deck and dock for fishing, or parking a boat on. Two boat ramps are located close by.

Sue's Southern Stay

This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.
