At the Whistlestop Camp on the Greenbrier River, you can be the one that got away. This modest two bedroom, one bath home is in a prime location to facilitate all of West Virginia's outdoor recreational opportunities. From the camp, you can drop a line in the water, swim with the kids, kayak with friends, or read a book in the hammock. It's only minutes from the southern gateway to the New River Gorge and about 40 minutes to Winterplace Ski Resort. Close to everything but away from it all!

Cottage at Man in the Moon Farm Alpacas

Surround yourself with nature, national forest, a mountain creek, and alpacas in this serene setting on a 37-acre working alpaca farm. A perfect get-away that will melt your stress away. You will have the opportunity to interact and learn about these magical animals. With pasture surrounding three sides and beautiful mountain view’s. The Old Lodge & Mini Highland Cows by the A.T.

Serenity Hill Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Serenity Hill Cottage is nestled among the rolling hills of beautiful Monroe County WV. This space offers an escape from the hustle and bustle and gives you a chance to get unplugged. It is situated right across from Hanna Farmstead Pumpkin Farm and is 15 minutes from great hiking trails including the Greenbrier River Trail. We are located just 20 minutes from the WV State Fair grounds. There are a lot of places to explore locally!

My Happy Place

Comfortable, cozy, clean, and 10 Second drive or a five-minute walk to the beautiful Greenbrier River. Centrally located to many State Parks including Pipestem, Bluestone, Beartown, and Watoga and the New River Gorge National Park all within 45 minutes and 25 minutes to Greenbrier River Trail. In the town of Alderson, home to West Virginia’s largest July 4th celebration. 5 minutes or less to Dollar Stores, convenience, gas, local shops and Subway. Kroger and Ollies are just 20 minutes.

Originally a wedding gift for my great grandmother, Larew Cottage has hosted family and friends for over 100 years. Surrounded by rolling hills, the Cottage provides you the perfect place to relax by yourself or enjoy time with those you hold dear. If adventure brings you to town, we’re happy to point you toward hiking trails, bike paths, white water rafting and other adventures. Foodies will delight at our local offerings and all travelers will find respite in our idyllic setting.

Riverside Cottage on the Greenbrier

This river property is located in Summers County, the southern gateway to the beautiful New River Gorge National Park. The two-bedroom cottage is a perfect getaway for solo adventurers, couples, or a small family. River access to the Greenbrier River is provided via a short walk down a steep but walkable camp road. The Dogwood Cabin, cozy 3 bedroom, 1 -1/2 bath

This three-bedroom, one and a half bath cabin, fully furnished kitchen with coffee bar, is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy. Downstairs has 1 bedroom with queen size bed. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and one with 2 sets of bunk beds. The Cabin is located nearby the beautiful Greenbrier River in Summers County, WV in a quiet out of the way setting. Come sit by the fire pit (firewood available) and enjoy the peace and quiet.

The Hunker Inn

Take a peaceful detour to the Hunker Inn and find a retro retreat in an old historic building. The Hunker Inn is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment attached to The Hunkerdown, a family friendly coffee shop in a historic general store. It is the perfect location for cyclists with many scenic routes just outside the doors. It is also within a few miles of the quaint historic town of Union, Second Creek Fly fishing, the Greenbrier River, and Moncove Lake.

Beaverdam Falls, Earlehurst Cottage

Built for $500.00 dollars "back-in-the-day," the Earlehurst Cottage was inhabited by The Carters, a humble, cute old country couple. Here, they raised two daughters. Today, the house is tastefully appointed where expected - & comfortable to modern standards - yet, it has been left as charming, rustic & cozy as it had always been: with elements of the original decor, windows, plaster walls, etc., being preserved. Pets stay for free!

The Ranch House at Elmwood

The ranch house at Elmwood affords you the ideal place to enjoy 2026 in a spectacular visual setting, located on the grounds of the great 19th century farm together with the restored mansion and historic outbuildings.
