The studio is in the woods so you may see or encounter wildlife including deer, opossums, raccoons, snakes, bobcats, coyotes and birds. Owner lives on property.

You will be making plans for your next visit.

We also have paintings and various other item on display throughout the home. The items on display are rotated to keep returning guest guessing. All Items are hand made by local artists. This guest suite with private entrance is in a quiet, older neighborhood near the IU campus. The booking includes a recently remodeled basement bedroom with en suite bathroom. It's locked off from the rest of the home in which the host family lives. The bedroom includes a queen bed, mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig. The bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower.

Garden Studio Guesthouse

Cozy & private, but close to the action! You’re a short walk to the Indiana University sports complex (Football, Basketball and Baseball), and you are a quick drive to the IU Campus, Downtown Bloomington, the IU Health Hospital, and Griffy Lake & Nature Preserve. The Garden Studio is located in a secluded backyard surrounded by gardens, pond and waterfall.
