The house is detached, quiet, a bit high up on the hillside in an authentic and preserved environment. You will be dazzled by the extraordinary view of the sea. Το διατηρητέο, λιθόκτιστο, πλατυμέτωπο (καπετανέικο) “κόκκινο σπίτι” του καπετάν-Ρίζου, καραβοκύρη της εποχής, δεσπόζει στο κανάλι του Πόρου από το 1851 και έχει φτάσει πλέον στην 6η γενιά της οικογένειας. Ένα σπίτι γεμάτο ιστορία και αναμνήσεις που έχουν μείνει ζωντανές από γενιά σε γενιά. Στο σπίτι αυτό πέρασε καλοκαίρια της ζωής του και ο ποιητής Κωστής Παλαμάς.
