Oltre a raggiungere facilmente le spiagge di Termoli, potrai fare un tuffo in piscina scendendo comodamente in ascensore e avrai vicinissimo il Parco Comunale, un bar e supermercato, il museo di arte contemporanea Macte e la migliore pasticceria di Termoli! L’appartamento è composto da due camere matrimoniali e una camera doppia tutte con balcone.

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.

E´possibile usufruire del posto auto gratuito. L' ampio cortile del condominio offre ai più piccoli la possibilità di girare in bici o giocare in piena sicurezza.

It can accommodate six people, with EXCLUSIVE USE of the entire property and the pool. Your pets are welcome. In the property there are cats. The presence of a bridge, quite close to the house, is not so disturbing.
