Welcome to Needles, Less than half a mile from the Colorado River and a mile from a boat launch this 3 bedroom 1 bath pool home provides a great river getaway. Bring your boats, RV's, fishing poles, kayaks, swimsuits and sun block. Plenty of level parking and nearby restaurants. The house is next to I-40 so there will be freeway noise. Our internet has been upgraded and tops out at 10 Mbps. When booking please confirm all members of your party can swim. Parties and smoking are prohibited.

The home is equipped with twin 60' deep RV bays accessible for your toys, a full outdoor living area with infinity edge pool that has a large Baja shelf and an in-pool bar area, a 4 way infinity edge hot tub, putting green, large patio covers, full cabana with bathroom, Big screen TV, fireplace and lounging area. Large turf area for younger guests!

Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

New beautiful walk- in shower. 2 comfortable recliners.
