The front yard has a trampoline, swing set, and indoor playhouse. The upstairs patio picnic table & luxury chairs. The downstairs has a foosball table, bean bag, huge 60 inch big screen TV, 2 pull out couches , 2 side chairs, and a lazy boy recliner. Full Washer and dryer. 2 Huge jack and Jill bathrooms.

Come relax on the front and back patios or curl up in the recliner with a good book or a movie. PLEASE NOTE, Airbnb is now offering an option to pick a different check in time outside of the 4pm check in. We are not able to prepare the space from previous nights guests before 4pm. Colcord Mountain Hideaway-Horse Friendly

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway under the rim with scenic views! Colcord Mountain Hideaway is an 800 sq foot second story studio with a lower level kitchenette. Perfect for a romantic couples weekend or a family of four. Located just under the Mogollon Rim lookout and near Woods Canyon Lake, the area offers lots of trails for hiking, biking or horseback riding! Horse stalls are $25 each. We have a round pen nearby. No dogs unless we have talked about it.
