The apartment has free on-street parking and a spiral staircase to bed and bath.

This apartment has been completely renovated with granite and features refinished, original hardwood floors. This is a large studio apartment that has a living space, queen size bed, and kitchenette. The kitchen has a coffee and tea bar, two burner range, microwave, dishwasher and toaster oven.
