Enjoy a private outdoor space, the accommodation in the style of mid century, a living space with a queen bed and a bedroom with two king single beds, a private bathroom. The kitchenette has a microwave, electric jug, electric frypan, toaster and coffee plunger. There are plates/ utensils etc. Barbeque, hot plates and saucepans on request. Also the apartment is not suitable for mobile babies nor children under the age of seven. A vehicle to get around is recommended.

It has a lounge with a Queen sofa bed, dining room table, full size fridge/freezer, your own private bathroom and a separate queen bedroom with kitchenette. There is a separate entranceway with off street parking. Located close to two family safe beaches and Howick Village. There are plenty of options for cafes, shopping and walking tracks. You’ll love our place because of the outdoor space including the pool, the handy location and good access to public transport. Part of our house, this private wing has 2 bedrooms, a comfortable lounge and your own modern bathroom as well a large landscaped garden to relax in. We have a kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle etc but not a full kitchen. We are in Point Chevalier, a comfortable friendly suburb of Auckland with great public transport options and close to the beach.
