Folding doors lead onto an expansive pool deck with sun loungers and a gas barbecue all for the exclusive use of the apartment guests. There is a full kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, an en suite bathroom, lounge area with a large flat panel TV and an open-plan dining area. The apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. We have solar and battery power so are not affected by power outages. Mountain Walks, Village atmosphere with a city 10 minutes away. Beach 2km away. The suite is located on the lower level of the property and is totally private. There is parking on the property. It is about 2 km from Louis Leipoldt Mediclinic, Melomed and close to Tygerberg Hospital. Guests will also have easy access to the N1 and it’s 25 minutes’ drive to Cape Town International Airport, Waterfront and beautiful wine farms – a perfect base for a business or leisure trip to this area.

We have added a small, cozy guest suite to our family home in upper Woodstock and welcome guests from all over the world. We, that is Kent and Susanne with our daughter Alba (10) and our lovely dog Vivienne Westwood (Vivi). Our approximately 25 square meter cottage is located in our beautiful shared garden with saltwater pool and has its own bathroom and kitchenette.
