The house is in a small village, so you’ll need to drive to the beach and nearby towns. We’re happy to recommend car rentals!

Seaside studio in Ireo with a breathtaking view

The house consists of large, bright spaces with 2 bedrooms with balconies and windows with sieves. Both bedrooms are fully airconditioned and with a large closet to match. One spacious sitting room with a dining room along with the kitchen which is fully equipped. The house has a large balcony with a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea and the Nautical Museum. There is also a large bathroom with all the comforts, with washing machine and dryer. And finally , the house is equipped with Netflix.

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables.

Enjoy an experience in "Blue Breeze", a brand new and welcoming environment, created with love and care, where you can create your memories. The apartment is located near the main square of Ireon village and two minutes from the beach. Ireon village is located at the south of the island. It is a famous tourist resort in Samos, with its natural beauty and historical monuments. The local people will take a time to chat with you and make you feel welcome.

Our house is a space for anyone who loves the immediate contact with the sea and the land. It is an opportunity for an alternative touristic experience, as it is literally beside the sea , with only the beach inbetween, such that the visitor feels that he has total privacy there.A vegetable garden and a well are available there, and only a 15 -minute walk will bring you to the scenic, traditional fishing village of Ormou Marathokabou.
