You will love the oversize spa-like shower in the master bath. As you step into the backyard, you'll immediately feel a sense of calm as you take in the view of the lake, greenbelt and possibly some wildlife.

With great WiFi and just two blocks away from the new Indian Creek Plaza in downtown Caldwell. Along with several delicious restaurants and movie theater all within walking distance. I personally love the free, live music every Tuesday at the Indian Creek Plaza! If you’re here during winter, the Creekside Christmas lights and ice skating rink are the best around.

Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

There are 3 horses on property within fenced area. Owners are available anytime and are close by. House is a one bedroom, one bath fully stocked for a comfortable stay, lots of parking.
