Het appartement is boven een kantoor gevestigd en heeft LET OP: STIJLEN TRAPPEN. Voor kinderen en ouderen is het minder toegankelijk. Zin in gezelligheid? Je wandelt de straat uit en je bent in het centrum van Delft wat bestaat uit gezellige cafés, barretjes, terrassen, winkels, TU Delft en het CS van Delft.

In just 5 minutes by train you are in Rotterdam Central and within 30 minutes on the beach of Hoek van Holland. Delft, The Hague and Amsterdam are also easily accessible. The apartment is spacious and has many amenities, a stable WiFi speed of 300 Mbps, a thick mattress of 180 cm wide, a nice living room and TV with Netflix. The view from the 8th floor is on the large windmills of Schiedam.

Het appartement is ideaal voor een promovendus van de TU, voor wie tijdelijk onderkomen nodig heeft, of die overdag werkt op een andere locatie. Ikzelf woon gewoonlijk in de benedenetage en gebruik de zolderverdieping. De benedenetage wordt soms ook verhuurd. Soms moet ik door de keuken van jullie appartement. Dit ongemak is verdisconteerd in de prijs.

De zolderverdieping is compleet en smaakvol luxueus ingericht, een keuken, douche, toilet. Het pittoreske grachtenpand heeft geen lift, helaas niet rolstoel toegankelijk.
