The Schoodic National Scenic Byway is on the far side of Long Cove, and you can hear some traffic noise from outside the RV, but for complete silence check out my other two places by looking at "about me" on my profile.

Welcome to a truly unique stay! Our property is home to two special ventures—our goat rental business, Scapegoats, and our nonprofit animal sanctuary, Mousam Misfits. While goats are part of the charm, they’re just the beginning—you may also see a variety of rescued animals during your visit. If you love animals and a one-of-a-kind experience, you’ll feel right at home here! We are about 150 ft from the Mousam River, and guests have access to kayaks (for free!) Relax, re-charge and enjoy the peace that comes from spending time near the ocean and under the stars. Our tents have all the comforts of home. Linens, towels, bath products and kitchen supplies. Our family owned glampground is just 4 miles from Acadia N.P. This tent has a full bathroom, two comfy queen beds, a long bunk bed, outfitted kitchenette, kitchen table and outside deck. Come try one of the best places to enjoy a real Maine Summer at the lake in our brand new 2024 Keystone Hideout loft destination-home, hooked up to power, private well water, and septic on site. Wifi and Netflix tv. Solar panels on the roof, stereo/dvd player, gas stove and oven, AC, Fireplace in master bedroom, screen house for outside dining, wood deck and Gas Grill. Boat ramp next to our property, also Thomas pond is home to several species of fish, fishing & swimming on site possible.

Hammock Haven Island Dome

Hammock Haven is tuned to Nature’s soundtrack — loons calling at dusk, water lapping beneath the dock, wind moving through the trees, and the occasional splash from someone giving in to the lake. From your island dome, you’ll fall asleep to these rhythms and wake as light skims across the lake. Days unfold to a steady beat: cooking simple meals, drifting in hammocks just above the water, paddling the shoreline, and wandering the wooded trails of our 14-acre island. No headphones required.

Little Frog at The Howling Woods

There is an airiness to this dome-shaped hut. Light streams in from the skylight directly overhead. There is a full size bed and wood stove and a chair that folds into a cot. The home is located in a sunny clearing across the creek from the other homes. It is a short walk from the outhouse and a well where you can fill your water bottles with fresh spring water. There is a bonfire pit with a swivel grill and an outdoor kitchenette with a propane stove, frying pan, kettle and french press.

Majestic private waterfront Tipi * on a lake. Quiet nature oasis with hot tub, woodstove, firepit, modern grill, and all the essentials. Ice skate or xc-ski across the frozen lake and watch the bald eagles fly overhead, or relax in the Adirondack chairs in front of the bonfire while you make smores and cook dinner on the grill or over the open fire, then snuggle up inside the tipi while you listen to vintage vinyl and let the owls hoot you to sleep. *Tipi closed March-April.

Tiny House Camper - Trail Access!

Nestled between Portland's fine dining and Sebago's outdoor fun, the Tiny House Camper is a great spot to explore what Southern Maine has to offer. Located with direct access to the Sebago to the Sea Trail - 28 miles of walking & biking paths. Take a dip in the Presumpscot River, play a game of corn hole, and finish the evening with some burgers on the grill and a campfire in the private backyard. **Please read "show more" section and photo captions for important notes.

Peaceful, spacious RV parked in a wooded setting on Tracy Pond. You have all the comforts of home plus a beautiful setting in this 30 foot trailer. Full kitchen, comfy theater seating with a great WiFi connection. You can fish in the lake, or use the kayaks to watch the eagles soar and otters play. You have a fire pit and large picnic table to enjoy the outdoors. Only 15 minutes to downtown Bangor and the airport. One hour to Acadia National Park.

"Tenting at it's best". Come enjoy the peace and beauty of being in a coastal spruce forest nestled in among granite boulders. Not far from the main house is your large queen bedded tent set on a spacious platform. Relax in the Adirondack chairs on your deck and listen to Mark Island fog horn, just off shore. Tented walls, swaying pines, wefts of campfire and a super comfy bed await. Deer Isle is an island connected by a bridge.
