You’ll be minutes from everything - 3.5 miles to Downtown, and 1.2 miles to the UW!

Wedgwood is a quiet neighborhood in Northeast Seattle, walking distance to cafes, restaurants, & public transportation and close to the University of Washington (2 miles away). It is a spacious suite with a bedroom, living room, and bathroom. The living room has a futon couch. There is a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, tv and wifi. Private entrance (via key code) for our guests. The space is a portion of the lower level of our home; which is closed off to the rest of our home.

Our lovely private guesthouse is walking distance to the University of Washington, Seattle Children’s Hospital, University Village, and the Burke Gilman Trail. It’s around the corner from Sand Point Grill and Gretchen’s Coffee House. It provides quick access to downtown Seattle via public transportation. This is a modern studio, immaculately clean with new furniture and small appliances. You’ll enjoy drinking your coffee or tea in front of the French doors that lead to the garden.

This stand-alone studio was built in 2019 and is conveniently located in The University District. The unit is located over the garage and offers private entry and parking. The studio is equipped with a compact kitchen for light cooking, and provides a dining/work area, a full bed, a closet armoire, and a 3/4 private bathroom with toilet, sink, and standing shower. It has AC and heating. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Not suitable for infants and small children.

Our sparkling clean, studio, mother-in-law apartment is located near enough to the U of W to walk but far enough to avoid most of the noise. Several coffee shops and small neighborhood stores are located within a couple of blocks. The kitchen is fitted out with essential cooking items and the bathroom contains towels, a washer and dryer. Inflatable hot tub. Guest pass for 24 hour zone street parking available during your stay.
