La villa si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal lago e dal parco ,dove si possono fare numerose passeggiate ,sia a piedi che in bici,in sentieri ben segnalati . siamo a 1km dal santuario dei Laghi ,a 10km dalla Sacra di San Michele, a 10km dal castello di Rivoli Museo di Arte Contemporanea.

Esso è composto da una zona giorno,con angolo cottura attrezzato, un bagno e una camera da letto matrimoniale. In soggiorno c'è un divano letto sempre matrimoniale. Il dehor , molto spazioso, è protetto da zanzariere e dalle intemperie quindi molto vivibile. Inoltre l appartamento si affaccia su un piccolo giardino usufruibile! Parcheggio coperto.
