Perfect place to relax or to start journies to the art-places of tuscany. In spring 2025, split air conditioning units were installed in the bedrooms to make sleeping cooler and more comfortable in the increasingly hot summers. The electricity comes from the solar system on the building's own roof.

Ponte vecchio is located just 10 minutes on foot from our home. Luggage storage and car parking are also permitted before check-in time.

We offer apartment in Florence, right next to the city wall in a calm and well served area. 10 minutes walk to Santo Spirito and Pitti Palace and 20min to the Duomo. On ground floor you will find bedroom, living room with a couch that transforms into a bed, a bathroom and kitchen with all equipment needed. Another bedroom with a private bathroom is situated in semi basement. You'd have anything you need for a comfortable stay, just bring your pigiama.
