A cosy self contained one bedroom first floor flat attached to the main Hilton house. It has a living room and kitchenette (with double sofa bed) bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. There is also a lovely private garden that the flat looks upon. Following an extensive refurbishment the flat has a stunning new ensuite as well as a beautiful freestanding copper bath! A lovely well equipped apartment located in a very quiet cul de sac close to Newcastle city centre, beds consist of a double, a single and a Z bed (with duvet and pillow) located under the double allowing up to 4 to stay (2 sharing of course!). It is a short walk to the local metro station (200 metres) and you have access all around the area by train (the coast, airport, newcastle city centre, gateshead stadium, metro arena), a good selection of local shops, cafes, bars and restaurants locally.

Swinburne Castle

Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. A delicious continental breakfast will be provided in your rooms. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use. lovely footpaths from the house for keen walkers.
