Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!

La casa vacanze "L'Altalena Gialla" è un accogliente e luminoso appartamento di 90 MQ al 2° piano (senza ascensore) di una casa storica del 1924 nel centro di Marghera recentemente restaurato. E' posta in una zona molto comoda a tutti i servizi e trasporti da Marghera verso Venezia. Ha un ampio giardino con posto auto gratuito incluso e una pergola che nei mesi estivi è ombreggiata da una vigna centenaria; c'è un'originale "Altalena Gialla" che contraddistingue il giardino.
