A cozy cabin over looking the Manistee River on a very safe & peaceful private drive. There are many launch sites for rafting, kayaking and canoeing nearby. The cabin is centrally located between Cadillac, Interlochen, Frankfort & Traverse City. Snowmobile staging area, Caberfae & Crystal Mt. ski areas, Hodenpyle dam backwaters, North Country & Manistee River trails are nearby. Also with a three night stay we will drop you off or pick you up using your canoes or kayaks. Pictures are current.

Quiet acre lot with cozy creek cabin & bathhouse

Conveniently located btw Cadillac and Traverse City and close to the Manistee River and forest. Perfect for the outdoor enthusiasts! Very comfortable cabin with everything you need, includes refrigerator/freezer, microwave and cook plate and all the utensils, dishes, and silverware. The bathhouse is large with a sink, shower/bathtub, and toilet. It has electricity, hot water with a locking door for privacy. It is only steps away from the cabin. Highly recommended for a unique, quiet get away.

Cabin Unwind, tucked into the woods

This quiet TINY (144sq ft) gem, privately tucked away and yet very accessible, Cabin Unwind, has a seasonal porch, queen sized bed, a few 'kitchen appliances' and GREAT wifi. The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.

These two Cabins are located on my 4 acre tree farm of my 20 acre property. Very private Park like setting with beautiful sunsets. One cabin is the bedroom/ living space, with a TV Blu-ray player, and a 6' covered porch to watch the sunsets. The other cabin is the kitchen, dining and bathroom. See pictures. They are about 20' apart. The price includes both cabins. They both have heat, the sleeping/ living cabin also has A/C . There are so many things to see and do within 30 minutes of here.

Chalet Getaway on 20 acres

This Chalet Cabin A-frame in the woods features 3 bedrooms and comforts for four season stay. The kitchen has open concept to spacious living room with natural fire place. Two full baths, first floor laundry, outdoor deck and firepit. Ride directly to snowmobile trails, 25-30 min ski at Caberfae & Crystal Mountain, mountain biking, road cycling to Traverse City. Hiking, canoeing/kayaking and ATV/UTV. Hunting season is underway, check Michigan websites for authorized surrounding areas.

Rustic Log Cabin known as the Snowshoe Cabin

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in the north woods. Cabin has 2 twin size beds in the loft and a full size bed on main floor. Includes Kitchen table and chairs and a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster and a crockpot. There is a bathhouse on site with hot showers and bathrooms. Close to ATV/Snowmobile Trails and you can ride from your site. You will need to provide your own bedding, pillows, towels, cooking utensils and shower items

Log cabin hand built by my dad in the early 70’s (my mom helped too!). Live like the Brady Bunch with authentic orange kitchen counters, with modern updates like a cozy gas stove, great knives and cookware, and high-quality linens. Private and fenced with deck and fire pit. Cabin is central to the Manistee National Forest, a short jaunt up to Sleeping Bear Dunes or Crystal Mountain, and the North Country Trail is just down the road. Ask me about fishing charters!

The Smiling Moose Lodge is perfect for your next family getaway. The house sleeps 16 in beds and has plenty of space for the whole family and then some. Centrally located between Traverse City, Crystal Mountain Ski and Golf Resort, the City of Cadillac, and Caberfae Peaks ski resort. The ORV trail for snowmobiling starts at the end of the driveway and the Manistee River is 3 minutes away where you can enjoy all of nature by canoe, kayak (4 provided) or boat.

Close access to lakes and rivers in summer, snowmobile trails, downhill and cross country skiing in winter. Very cute and cozy log home located on a 7 acre wooded lot! Great central location for everything that Northern Michigan has to offer!! 3.5 miles from Interlochen Arts Academy. Traverse City and Crystal Mountain are only 20 miles away and "The Most Beautiful Place in America" Sleeping bear Dunes is only 35 minutes away. Lost lake pathway is just a mile and half down the road which is great for hiking and biking!
