Our tiny home is set aside in an older, quiet neighborhood of Nampa, ID and has a rustic and cabin-esque feel. This is a cute home and comfortable stay for either a couple of days or a couple months! The tiny home comes equipped with a private fenced in area and a small hot tub. We are located 2 blocks from the NNU campus, 5 minutes from downtown Nampa, and 10 minutes to I84 - everything you need within an arm's reach! Private 2nd Floor Guest Suite

Points of Interest 10 min - The Village at Meridian - Kleiner Park 15 min - St. Luke’s Hospital Meridian - Green Belt - Meridian Idaho Temple 20-25 min - Wahooz - Roaring Springs - Boise State University - Table Rock - Ford Idaho Center 1 hr - Bogus Basin Ski Resort Parking & Entry Park in the driveway directly behind the small garage. Walk along the right side of house to back private stair entrance. Lockbox with key is located at the top of the staircase. Code for access is given prior.

Modern Farmhouse

This Mid Mod home was updated in 2022 with a Modern Farmhouse flair. The space is private, peaceful and centrally-located. The mall is just a 3 minute drive away and so is Downtown Boise, which is filled with restaurants, shopping, sites and more! Outdoor activities just minutes away. Plus The Village in Meridian is nearby ... you will love this location...it's one of my happy places. PLEASE NOTE: This unit is Non-Smoking/Vaping No pets allowed due to host family having pet allergies.

Cozy In and Out - Guest House and Courtyard

This adorable guest house offers a secure and private stay. Includes a full bathroom, king bed, and outdoor eating area. Our home is close to Meridian Village, Settlers Park, and our main highway (I-84). Close proximity to Downtown Boise, rivers, and the airport. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway and space is available to store bikes, kayaks, etc. A twin air mattress and child pack-n-play available upon request. We do not allow pets, including emotional support animals.

Private Detached Bedroom & Bathroom

Please Read! Very Private, 170 sq’ bedroom queen Healthwise bed, TV, wifi, fridge, micro, AC & heat detached/separate from main house. Additional floor sleeping pad under bed. Small bathroom with direct/private entry & 31” shower is part of main house. Guest must walk outside & under patio cover to access bathroom. Private outdoor sitting area & shared covered patio with sink/disposal (summer), grill & nice yard. Well lit free street parking. Host and his dog “Elvie” live on site.

Private Suite with balcony and separate entrance

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood located in the heart of Star. Relax in the backyard patio, your private deck, or have a fire in the fire pit. Whether you are traveling for pleasure or business, this studio suite offers you everything you need to work or simply relax and explore the local area. We live in the main house, completely separated from the studio suite. We respect your personal space to enjoy your stay but will always be available via text/phone to answer your questions.

The Quick Stop Inn

The upstairs apartment in our home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to all the amenities, the treasure valley has to offer. Enjoy the spectacular views of the 10 acre park and sunsets from your private balcony. This private apartment, is accessed via its own exterior spiral staircase. The apartment includes a bedroom with a queen sized bed, a bathroom and a large family room with partial kitchen. You must climb the spiral stairs to access this space.

Gorgeous Single Level, 2 King Beds & Walking Paths

Gorgeous single level home with 2 KING beds and a queen bed. Located only 3 miles from the Meridian Village and 2 miles to downtown Eagle and the Boise River. Only minutes from shopping, food, entertainment, parks, this home has it all. Beautiful walking path directly behind the home in a mature neighborhood with lots of trees. Whether you're here for family, fun, business, exploring Boise or just to get away, this is home away from home.

Private river-front guesthouse (studio).

Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.

Relax in the shared backyard hot tub. Sleeps up to 6 with a King Tempur-Pedic bed, Queen, 2 Twins, pull-out couch, and crib. Peaceful, central location close to Roaring Springs and Wahooz!

Quick access to Boise, Kuna, Meridian, or Nampa. Private entrance suite off the back of the house. There are no internal shared spaces. Off-street parking. Queen bed and bath/shower. Step out to fresh air on the patio, stay in and stream movies on the 4k TV, or log into wifi and get some work done .
