Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving

Crockett's escape treehouse is an amazing lodging experience with a 180- degree view of beautiful Greers Ferry Lake. The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. The private wrap around deck is huge and the views are spectacular

On the grounds you will find semi-free-roaming chickens (don't worry, they won't bite) and a loving cat named Sunny and a little cavapoo dog named Stewby. The cabin backs up to a wooded area, so even thought you are only minutes from shopping, parks, Beaverfork Lake, and many other attractions, it feels like you are in the country.

Guests are bound to sit back and relax in the luxurious furniture throughout the home as well as take advantage of the appliances this home has to offer like an ice maker and wine cooler. All of Conway's greatest are a short 15-minute drive from this beautiful home! This property is a short distance from the baseball field complex, Baptist college, and UCA.
