Von der Terrasse und den großen Balkonen hat es einen Panorama-Ausblick auf Berge, Meer bis zum Festland. Im unteren Stockwerk befindet sich der Wohnbereich mit offener Küche und Bad. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit großen Balkonen und ein Bad. Es hat einen Garten mit Blumen-Rabatten und Obstbäumen, sowie einen Sitzplatz. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind täglich ein Ereignis.
