Das Apartment befindet sich im Obergeschoß des Gutshauses im historisch benannten Fronte Spice, dem Giebel über dem Haupteingang. Es besteht aus einem großzügigen Wohn-Esszimmer und einem Schlafzimmer mit ensuite Duschbad. In dieser Wohnung wurde alles auf den Ursprung zurück geführt. Lack ab von Wänden und Balken, Gips ab von Lehm und Kalk; dann behutsam wiederhergestellt mit ein wenig modernem Twist. Es ist ein einzigartiges Erlebnis das Pure und Reine von ökologischen Materialien zu spüren.
