House has been in the family for more than 50 years. why get a hotel room when you can get a whole house. Warning NOISY due to motorcycles and some cars, mostly during busy hours but hey it’s the city if you want something nicer, QUIET I’m sure you can get it at a very hight cost at the outskirts of the city.

Temperatures range from 14⁰ to 33⁰ Celsius (57-91⁰ F). 8 km north of Matagalpa, 1,100 m (3,600 ft.) elevation with an amazing view of the city.
