If you need to relax and have a restorative break away then Ti Tree is the place to come. This is an unknown part of the country that has ancient geology and astounding beauty. A walk to the river mouth weather permitting and depending on tides is where you will experience 7000 year old Totara Tree stumps . There are amazing rock formations at the mouth of the Kaiwhata river also. In evening you can relax under the night sky in the private spa pool which is right outside you door.

"Airside is a unique apartment attached to a hangar at the world renowned Hood Aerodrome. It is well appointed and is literally on the airfield with great views of airfield activity. Due to its situation its for pilots and aviation enthusiasts only and we cannot accommodate children. You will need to sign a safety briefing as well. Hangar space may be available on request.
