The Forest Cottage

A self contained cottage with two air conditioned rooms each 10m², situated within an indigenous patch of forest at the base and to the east of the highest peak in the Blyde River Canyon. From the cottage's verdant veranda stretching the entire length of the cottage, guests are afforded magnificent views over the South African Lowveld and in the distance, The Kruger National Park touching the horizon. It is situated at the very top of the village of Kampersrus within a safe and secure homestead.

Kingfisher Cottage is an ideal escape from city life. Located in the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate, it has the attraction of being close to the restaurants and shops of Hoedspruit whilst providing access to the Greater Kruger & the Blyde River Canyon. Battery backup system keeps you going during power cuts. The private enclosed garden features a covered patio & built in braai and gas heater. All rooms enjoy air condition. 2 guest rooms have a shared bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom with a king-sized bed has an en suite bathroom with shower.

This modern two-sleeper cottage is nestled in the heart of the bush along the Olifants River just 25km outside Hoedspruit.
