Le Riad est situé dans le plus beau quartier de Marrakech (Sidi Mimoun), près de la résidence du roi et de l'hôtel "La Mamounia". La place "Jemma el Fnaa" et la "Koutoubia" sont à quelques minutes à pied du riad. Le riad est composé au rez de chaussée d'un salon/salle à manger avec télévision et wifi ;d'une cuisine équipée (feux de cuisson, four micro onde, réfrigérateur/congélateur...) , et piscine de 12 mètres carrés L 4, l 3, H 1,4 le tout ouvert sur les étages supérieurs dont l'accès se fait par un escalier en verre. Au premier étage, deux chambres (une avec un grand lit de 160, l'autre avec deux lits de 90 pouvant être réunis en un lit de 180 ) disposant chacune d'une salle de bains avec une fenêtre donnant sur la première terrasse solarium. L'escalier de verre permet d'accéder aux deux terrasses (une solarium et l'autre dotée d'une pergola et d'un salon d'été) ayant une vue directe et imprenable sur les superbes jardins de l'hôtel de "La Mamounia" sans aucun autre vis à vis. Un toit coulissant en verre très facile à manœuvrer permet d'isoler la partie habitable de la partie terrasses. D'autre part, toutes les parties habitables (chambres et pièce à vivre) sont équipées de climatiseurs réversibles (chaud et froid) afin de maintenir une température agréable dans le riad quelque soit la saison.
