Our apartment is located in the Budapest historical dowtown, just inside of our boulevard on the north side.The building was built in 1889 and it is in nice condition now. The apartment has the highest quality in every details. Equipment: High speed Wifi, Samsung Smart SUHD"65"tv (Netflix,Youtube), Cable HD channels,Washing machine,Drying machine, Iron, Drying rack.High-end Air-conditioning system Kitchen: Microwave, Stove, Induction hot plate, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Nespresso coffee machine with free capsules, Water heater, Toaster, Cooking utensils, Cutlery, Plates, Glasses. Bathrooms: Hair Dryers, Towels, Liquid soap. Bedrooms: Cable TV, Samsung Smart"40"TV(Netflix,Youtube),High quality bed linen, Springbox comfort beds. We are open to fulfill special requests. When you arrive to the address I will be waiting for you at the main entrance of the building and helping you with your luggage. I will then explain the most important things about the apartment, the surroundings and the the city. I can also help you with transport from and to the airport or train station. I am on a 24hour duty when I have guests. During your stay you can contact me on phone, viber,whatsapp, messenger,anytime. Thanks its good location all Budapest attractions can be reached easily. Our apartment is on the ground floor, easy to access. The entrance and the window open from the inner yard, the apartment is quiet (free from street-noise). Guests can use the washing-drying mashine (2 functions in 1). You will find bakery, bistro, cafe in our street and swimming pool, spa, gym, restaurant and community office nearby. You can reach the Danube in 2 mins to enjoy the spectacular view of the Parliament.

Walls covered with pink Zsolnay tiles, windows decorated with colorful glass, this building was carefully designed by Fodor Gyula in 1911. During the renovation of the apartment we carefully kept the building's spirit in mind and tried to stay true to it. We wanted something colorful, inviting and detail oriented. A place that has a unique charming atmosphere.
