Space with garden, extensive lawn and private swimming pool, allows to enjoy peace and beautiful landscape. Located 1 hour from the airport and from three regions classified as World Heritage: Porto, Guimarães and Douro Wine Region. The Paiva River Walkways and the beautiful city of Amarante are only 40 minutes away.

Sobranceira a Tongobriga, é por isso recomendável para quem gosta de percurso pedonais e BTT, onde poderá apreciar o antigo Trilho da Água, que trespassa a propriedade, de forma a chegar aquela antiga povoação romana.
