The Home has HEPA filter, and UV light air filtration, and laundry facilities on site with soap and detergent. There's large driveway with plenty of parking for trucks+boats/trailers/RV's etc.

It’s a beautiful property that gives tiny house vibes, but still has a full kitchen and a comfortable living area to enjoy. A few steps outside is all you need to enjoy a camp fire area, your own dock, and beautiful views. Our modern cabin is perfect for a peaceful getaway, or for outdoor adventures.

Lake Michigan beach and boat access 5 minutes away. 45 minutes to Pictured Rocks, 20 minutes to Kitch iti kipi, 25 minutes to La Fayette State Park. 12v batteries supply a bit of power and a few lights. Pets are welcome except on beds and futon :) Silverware, utensils, propane and firewood provided. You'll need ice, food, and drinking water.

This home features 2 beds, 1.5 baths, and one sofa bed to sleep up to 6 people comfortably. Completely remodeled 2022.
