Welcome to a light-filled garden apartment in a charming 1885 villa, with high ceilings, timber floors, and beautiful natural light. The apartment sleeps two and includes an en-suite bathroom. A fold-out chair bed with linen is available for a third guest if needed. Enjoy your private garden with lounge chairs, a BBQ, and seasonal grapes and feijoas — a peaceful retreat just a short walk from the city centre. The airport e-bus stops right outside, making arrivals and departures easy.

WestBrook Cabin

WestBrook Cabin is situated in the beautiful Brook valley, 2 km from Nelson city. A flat scenic walk or cycle will take you along the Brook stream into town or continue up the valley and you will discover the Brook valley Bird sanctuary. Our location is perfect for mountain bikers, as we are at the base of the Dun Mountain Trails and Coppermine tracks. The Cabin is brand new, fully insulated and purpose built for visitors any time of the year. Warm, cozy and nestled in a quiet garden.

Plum Cottage - charming tiny house near the beach

Inspired by the tiny house movement, this cottage packs a big punch. Constructed with native timbers, Plum Cottage integrates beautifully with the landscape. The cottage is nestled on our back hill amongst the plum trees and gardens. Feel free to pick some tomatoes or a juicy plum! Summer sunsets are lovely! Located on the Tahunanui hillside with views to the distant mountains. It is an easy 1.3 km walk to the beach (15 min.) -or 5 min drive. CBD is 6km away. Bus stop is 13m walk.

The Courtyard - in a beautiful rural location

The studio has a small kitchenette and a modern compact ensuite. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for your stay, including free Wi-Fi and off-road parking. The stand-alone studio has its own entrance in a shared courtyard with the main house, situated on 2 hectares (5 acres) in a rural location 15-20 mins from downtown Nelson. We have cows, goats, chickens, a cat and a small aviary. You are welcome to explore the property and enjoy the views and birdlife.

Garden Room

A peaceful spacious room for women to relax (or adventure out) in a quiet street close to CBD. Own entrance, shower & toilet. Double bed and comfortable king-single fold down futon. Listed for one person, please inquire regarding extra guests. Bay window with lovely garden outlook, plenty of storage, and space for you to prepare and enjoy breakfast or snacks. As I am taking extra care with cleaning in these Covid times, my expectation is that you will be vaccinated.

Inner City Charm is a home away from home! We are situated within a 5 minute flat walk to the CBD, close to cafés, restaurants, supermarket and shops. Perfect if you are travelling without a car. The entire apartment has recently been renovated, offering a fresh new look, comfy bed, full kitchen and laundry facilities, and free tea and coffee, making your stay enjoyable and easy. Welcome to our well appointed private, sunny sleep out with large deck, park views, ensuite bathroom, fridge, microwave and tea/coffee facilities. A short stroll to city hub, bus depot and Trafalgar Centre with a supermarket just down the street. The Airport bus stops just around the corner every 30 minutes, seven days a week. (It stops near Tahunanui Beach on the way too.) Self check-in is offered and often early check-in or late check-out can be arranged.

Priest Retreat:Private&tranquil groundfloor studio

The 'Retreat': is a family run designer studio flat with access to a cottage garden, inviting you to sit out and relax in...seasonal honey from our own beehive. Tucked away and private at the foot the Grampians it's just 10 minute walk to the heart of Nelson city. Great spot for mountain bikers, trampers and workshop attenders. Ask if you have any questions- entry time, one night,extra bed. Currently no pets allowed, garden is unsuitable presently.

My place is close to the city centre, public transport, cafes and restaurants, movies, supermarkets, nightlife, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the quiet neighbourhood and the outdoors space including the Maitai River. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. We are situated beside the river 10 minutes walk from Nelson's CBD, surrounded by native trees and close to beautiful parks.

The Cliffs Apartment

A 90m2 self-contained apartment on the lower level of our family home, it has off-street parking and a private entrance. The apartment includes a bedroom (king bed), bathroom, open plan dining, kitchenette and lounge. The property overlooks Tasman Bay with views of the Mountains and Sea. Six minutes drive to CBD, and 15 minutes to the airport. We are within walking distance of the waterfront cafes, restaurants, and Tahuna Beach.
