The Commodore Suite, situated on the entrance level of our house, is sunny, very warm, light and airy. One bedroom, bathroom, living area & kitchenette with 2 hobs, microwave, slow cooker, air fryer and bench top grill. BBQ available on the upper deck as is use of that deck. Washer and dryer available in our living area which guests always welcome to use. Not suitable for children.

Central Nelson: Sunny Private Studio with a view

The best of both worlds! A quiet 1/2 acre sanctuary with extensive views out to sea but only a short distance to town. Completely separate lockable access to a generously sized, sunny studio apartment, with undercover parking next to your entrance. A mountain bike park on the back doorstep or a scenic walk into town. The walk back up is steep and requires moderate fitness. Otherwise sit back and drink in the view or wander in the garden.

The Cliffs Apartment

A 90m2 self-contained apartment on the lower level of our family home, it has off-street parking and a private entrance. The apartment includes a bedroom (king bed), bathroom, open plan dining, kitchenette and lounge. The property overlooks Tasman Bay with views of the Mountains and Sea. Six minutes drive to CBD, and 15 minutes to the airport. We are within walking distance of the waterfront cafes, restaurants, and Tahuna Beach.

This is a large modern apartment on the lower level of our own house. Private hill location in a quiet street. Separate entry to the apartment with total privacy. Secure off street car parking in an enclosed yard with a motorised gate. It has a kitchenette, and has one large bedroom with en-suite, and also a separate large lounge. Great audio and TV system. Private deck with amazing views. BBQ & laundry are available on request.

The apartment and garden have wide views over Tasman Bay, Tahunanui Beach and the mountains. It is a 5 minute drive to Tahunanui Beach, Tahunanui cafes & restaurants, golf course and airport, and 10 minutes from Nelson city.
