You get to enjoy the quirky architecture of a heritage home dating to the late 1800s - early 1900s. The first floor, added in 1942, has a vantage balcony. The layout has the period character of a classic Kokani home - Padvi's on all four sides, Oti, Mazghar, Devghar, Svaypakghar and a maze of interconnected rooms. Fees paid help the conservation of heritage.

The property is also occasionally visited by wild animals such as Malabar flying squirrels, monkeys and peacocks. It has three bedrooms with AC and attached baths, a living room and a kitchen. The backyard has an outdoor badminton court. We strive to provide a relaxed and peaceful stay to our guests.
