Located 4.2 miles to Bass Lake, 23 miles to Yosemite South Gate Entrance (Mariposa Grove) or 90 minutes to Yosemite Valley. Our unit includes a bedroom, dining area, living room, and a complete kitchen with all the necessities for coffee, tea, and cooking. Internet is available through both Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection with cabling provided. The TV is 4K Active; HDR Smart TV, 43", true color accuracy with Ethernet connection to our internet.

It is located 9 miles east of Old Town Clovis. There is a Roku tv with apps on a swi el wall mount. Internet is provided, thru Xfinity.

This calm and cozy single unit suit is located in a beautiful brand new community close to UC Merced (about 3.6 miles), Merced College ( about 2.5 miles), Mercy Medical Center ( about 2.4 miles) and several shopping malls. Home is about an hour and half drive from Yosemite. A few local points of interest include Knights Ferry covered bridge, and Fresno County blossom trail and panorama trail.
