O Apartamento está localizado no coração da Cidade, com fácil acesso a pé a supermercados, pastelarias, restaurantes e com um fantástico parque mesmo em frente, o Parque de Sta Catarina. Está tudo pensado para que se sinta confortável e estarei sempre disponível para dar o meu apoio no que for necessário. Espero que me comuniquem qualquer situação que possa acontecer durante a estadia , de forma a que eu possa resolve-la, pois tudo o que quero é que levem boas recordações das vossas férias.

Quinta do Alto

Situado no interior de uma quinta antiga da ilha, com vinha, lagar, adega e capela, a Quinta do Alto está localizada nos arredores da capital Funchal, perto do Jardim Botânico e a moradia é composta por um quarto de dormir com uma cama de casal, um wc, sala comum e kitchenette. No exterior, os hospedes dispõem de uma piscina privada, envolta numa rica flora e variada fruticultura. A Quinta do Alto é perfeito para você vivenciar uma quinta madeirense e relaxar neste local único e tranquilo.

O nosso conceito é a natureza no seu estado mais puro, desligando das tecnologias e do stress do dia a dia. Para poder desfrutar e interagir com a natureza na sua plenitude, retiramos dos abrigos todas as tecnologias, nomeadamente Wi-Fi e televisão. Apenas a receção tem Wi-fi. Os nossos abrigos ficam situados dentro do Parque Ecológico do Funchal, com uma área de 8 km2. O Parque possui vários percursos pedestres recomendados, Canyoning, um percurso de Enduro BTT, entre outras atividades.

Plantation´s Villa - Funchal Seaside Villas

Plantation´s Villa is a one bedroom Villa located in a family property (Funchal Seaside Villas) in the heart of Funchal. It is almost at the sea level overlooking the bay and with the banana trees and vegetable garden surroundings. All divisions in the Villa have a superb view over the sea, the harbour and the city centre. It could also be called the Adventure Villa as it´s a longer way to get there (over 80 steps starting at the main gate). The pool is shared with other 3 small Villas.

Tropical Lovers - Levada & Bananas cliff

A magnificent place with a superb view over the sea. In a locality known for banana trees plantation. Very quiet and pleasant you can find the beaches within 5min and all the other services you need. Perfect for resting and recuperating energies during your visits to the island. Near the house you will find a levada walk with great view over the fabulous mountainous landscapes of the west. The house is full of sunshine, natural light and good energy for you. Jacuzzi (extra fee 40€)

Central Sea View Apartment - Funchal

Located in the city center, with magnificent views over the port of Funchal. Near many historical buildings such as the Cathedral and Sacred Art Museum, as well as tourist attractions: Madeira Blandy`s Wine Lodge, Baltazar Dias Theatre, "Mercado dos Lavradores" and a 10-minute walk from Casino Madeira. Ideal to enjoy the festive and traditional seasons of the island, as New Year and the Flower Festival. Private parking with direct access to the apartment and shopping center.
