In the lounge, there is a fantastic window seat in the bay window where you can watch the whole of west bay harbour & sea. The apartment is light with a fully equipped kitchen and a large walk in shower. Outside the front door the beach is just 70 metres away with a green area outside the apartments and the harbour to the other side.

Complete with a burner/kettle, 4 chairs, daybed and every accessory required to have a relaxing beach day. Use as a base for fossil hunting or simply take in the views, read the paper & enjoy a cuppa. The hut has half glass doors which can be closed from the inside which means it can be enjoyed whatever the weather. Enjoy!

34 Monmouth Beach lies to the west of the historic Cobb in Lyme Regis. It is a beautifully finished and stylishly furnished wooden chalet right on the beach. Enjoy uninterrupted sea views from the generous wooden deck at the front of the chalet. There is parking behind the chalet and a ramped access. Our chalet is great for couples, small families, friends; it can sleep 4. Our change over days are Friday and Monday (though this listing may state Fridays only), check in 4pm, check out 10am.

We are next to the churchyard a stone's throw away from the grave and statue of Mary Anning the famous palaeontologist and fossil collector. We will provide a parking 🅿️ permit for only 1 vehicle.
