The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

The Shepherds Hut lies hidden away in an idyllic and private location nestling in open farmland and yet is situated only 1.5 miles from the surf at Polzeath. With Rock and the ferry to Padstow only 3 miles away. The Hut has a woodburning stove for those chilly nights as well as an electric hob and a small fridge. Pots, pans, plates, and cutlery are supplied for your use. Your private bathroom is roughly 20 metres from The Hut, with electric shower, loo and butlers sink with hot and cold water.

At No.4 Tidesreach the beach is a stones throw away from your doorstep as are the restaurants and shops. The newly refurbished end studio is a snug place that is perfect for a young family or couple. There is direct access to the back of the property so you can shower off from the beach before entering the studio. Nestled in the heart of Polzeath you will have perfect access to venture onto the coastal paths. To explore Daymer Bay and Rock or the rugged coastline to Lundy Beach.

Stepping Stone is an ideal base for exploring the beauty of North Cornwall. The South-West Coast Path offers walkers plenty of opportunities to explore the surrounding area.
