The property has two cozy homes that can sleep up to 14 guests total—perfect for family getaways or trips with friends. You'll have 2 fenced acres all to yourselves, plus a private boat ramp, pier, and parking right at the dock. We also have kayaks and a canoe available so you can paddle around and explore the peaceful cove.

Beautiful New Deck with 10’x10’ Gazebo! Spectacular views of Mount Konocti and Clearlake, the largest freshwater lake in California. Pet friendly Cottage (B) $15 pet cleaning fee paid in lock box. Watch out for killer hummingbirds , rangale of deer, speed-demon Quail, wild Turkeys. LOL IMPORTANT for Locals: message me the reason for your stay. Lots of problems with locals. (Parties, etc) 99% of guests are stopovers or vacation getaways. I Reserve the right to cancel questionable bookings.
