Waterloo Haven

Tucked away in Waterloo, 5min walk to Open Polytechnic, our private guest studio is cosy & comfy. Your own entrance & outdoor area in the trees & native bird life. A very comfortable king bed, ensuite bathroom (shower has great pressure!) & everything you’ll need to make a cuppa or heat dinner in the microwave. 2 minute walk to Riverside Drive, Waiwhetu stream & Te Whiti Park. Days Bay Studio - Beach, bush and privacy

Brand new in 2019, this studio is self contained, fully insulated, has own entrance and outdoor area. No more than a couple of minutes walk to the beach, 3x cafes, tennis, bus, ferry, a gift gallery and bush walks. Equipped for self-catering, the kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery and general electrical appliances. Pantry includes basic staples (tea coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, toilet paper etc). Wireless and linen included. Washing machine available. Pet? please enquire

Tiny House Train-Eco stay

Thank you for renting the train as this really helps me. The train runs on solar power, all your water is spring water and is a great example of up cycling and recycling. The tiny house train is located on a 10 acre/4.2 hectare organic blueberry farm and was restored in 2018 and turned into a tiny house in May 2019. There is a cozy log burner plus electric blanket and heat pumps. There is a smart TV Netflix supplied . Wifi is Starlink with laptop friendly kitchen table. Self checkin after 2pm.

Bay Heights - million dollar views!

Better than an apartment - this is a gorgeous character home with amazing sun and views. The house is positioned on an exclusive residential street with expansive views sunrise to sunset. Drive on access is a plus, on this stunning hillside location. Close by is the beach, cafes, restaurants, cinemas, pool and fitness centre, shops, bush walks, business and entertainment districts, Te Papa (national museum) and the Sky sports stadium. Fantastic location for watching and exploring Wellington!

Mustang Cottage - a quiet gem & private hide-away

Mustang cottage is a unique private cosy space with homely touches and secure flat off-road parking. A easy 15 min trip by car or train to Ferry Terminals, Stadium and city. A short walk to Woburn train station & bus stops, local supermarket, Subway outlet, chemist & bakeries. Ideally located close to Lower Hutt City parks, the Queensgate mall, restaurants, cinema and event venues. We offer airport pick-up and drop-off. Pricing reasonable. The Lighthouse

The Lighthouse is a unique, romantic place on the South Coast. Stunning views, opposite a swimming and dog beach plus rock pools, it’s great for walks. With a comfy double bed and steep stairs, it’s private and quiet - brilliant on a sunny day, cosy in a storm. There's a fantastic cafe around the corner; shops are 10 minutes’ walk away. The main Island Bay bus stop is nearby with regular buses. It's a 9 minute drive to the airport and 15 minutes to downtown Wellington. Small dogs on request.

Cosy caravan amongst the trees

Set within 6 acres of farmland this 1977 caravan with a conservatory is a comfortable spot to get a taste of rural life, while only being 7 minutes away from the heart of Lower Hutt. As local beekeepers, we'll have honey and farm eggs from our chickens ready for you on arrival. This space is ideal for 2-4 but can work for 6 people. We’ve found it works well for families as well as adults. However, many budget savvy adult groups love it as they are happy in a smaller space.

The Stumble Inn

Enjoy all that Petone has to offer with this cosy one bedroom pet-friendly apartment. Just a stone's throw from Jackson Street, full of cafes, bars and shops to peruse at your leisure. Petone beach is a ten minute walk down the road, great for swimming and with dog-friendly areas further up the beach. There are loads of busses and a nearby train station also. Make this apartment your home-base as you explore- come and go as you please with your own private access.
