Tucked away in Waterloo, 5min walk to Open Polytechnic, our private guest studio is cosy & comfy. Your own entrance & outdoor area in the trees & native bird life. A very comfortable king bed, ensuite bathroom (shower has great pressure!) & everything you’ll need to make a cuppa or heat dinner in the microwave. 2 minute walk to Riverside Drive, Waiwhetu stream & Te Whiti Park. We often accommodate early/late check in/outs, just ask. Pets welcome, please message for details ahead of your stay.

Mustang Cottage - a quiet gem & private hide-away

Mustang cottage is a unique private cosy space with homely touches and secure off-road parking for larger vehicles and trailers. Lawn & garden spaces for pets to roam safely. 3 min walk to Woburn train station & bus stops, local supermarket and bakeries. Nearby parks, river, queensgate mall, cinemas, restaurants. The area a is ideal for those needing to work or check in with work. 10 min walk to Woburn train station.

Separate from the main house, this cute studio is perfect for two. It has exposed beams with a chapel ceiling, but a cottage feel. There is one large bedroom with a queen bed and couch. Kitchenette with the basics for preparing light meals, with a table for two. Outside, private sunny patio with table for two for the morning coffee or afternoon drink. The InterIslander Ferry is a less than ten minute drive off peak. Perfect to catch an early morning Ferry, or late afternoon disembark. Supermarkets, specialty stores, cinema and pharmacies. Petone pretty much has it all including a Kmart which is quite literally at the end of the street.

Set within 6 acres of farmland this 1977 caravan with a conservatory is a comfortable spot to get a taste of rural life, while only being 7 minutes away from the heart of Lower Hutt. As local beekeepers, we'll have honey and farm eggs from our chickens ready for you on arrival. This space is ideal for 2-4 but can work for 6 people. We’ve found it works well for families as well as adults. However, many budget savvy adult groups love it as they are happy in a smaller space.
